Amy has over two decades of real estate development experience with specific expertise in mixed-use development, retail leasing, placemaking, marketing, and residential leasing and sales. Her career has been marked by a commitment to transforming urban landscapes through thoughtful retail integration and community-focused design.

Prior to establishing her firm, Amy served as Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at JBG SMITH, where she played a pivotal role in transforming key neighborhoods such as National Landing, the Ballpark District, and Atlantic Plumbing/North End Shaw).

Amy's expertise was also instrumental during her tenure at Hines, where she oversaw the retail component of CityCenterDC, securing luxury retailers including Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Dior. This strategic leasing positioned CityCenterDC as a premier destination for high-end shopping in the region.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from The George Washington University, Amy combines financial rigor with practical experience. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to creating retail environments that not only meet market demands but also enhance community engagement and urban vitality.
